At Animal Hospital in Fairfield, we understand that your pet's medical needs can be unexpected and sometimes, out of budget. In order to offer excellent and consistent care to all of our patients, we require full payment at the time of service. We accept the following forms of payment:

Care Credit is a credit card for medical purposes. For any charge over $250, you are given the option of 6-month or 12-month payment plans. All applications and transactions require two forms of ID. The first must be a picture ID, and the second must have your name and be issued by a major company such as Visa, MasterCard, or a credit union. The person(s) applying must be present at the time of application and/or payment. The application process is quick and, once approved, the funds are immediately available. We can run an application for you in the hospital, you can apply on their website at www.carecredit.com, or you can click on the button to the left.
